Here are the simple, step-by-step instructions for updating your autopay on the payment profile:
- Visit JCSUD.com
- Click on the Pay my Bill Icon on the left side of the home page
- Click-Proceed to site on the pop-up window
- Click-Sign In/ Register at the top right of the page
- Enter your login information or register to create an account.
- Under the list of available services, click Utility Billing
- On right side click Manage Auto pay
- Click on the 3 vertical dots next to the draft date and click update payment info
- Choose to either update current card, enter new card, or echeck
- To update current card click the pencil and update fields and save
- To enter a new card – fill in all required fields and click update info
- To enter a new echeck – fill in all required fields and click update info
- Click on Update info
- If you update to a new card or new echeck you need to click on the three vertical dots, update payment information, then click on the circle next to the incorrect card number and click the trashcan icon to delete this information.
