As Communications Manager, Sinclaire oversees the District’s public relations, marketing, community outreach, media relations, public events and partnerships, and internal communications.
Sinclaire has a bachelor's degree and a master’s degree in agricultural communications from Texas Tech University. She has over a decade of experience in public relations and strategic communications in the water and agriculture industries. She is a member of the Texas Section of the American Water Works Association, the Water Efficiency Network of North Texas, the Advisory Committee for the Texas 4-H Youth Water Ambassadors Program, the Cleburne Rotary Club, Johnson County Agri-Business Club, and the Texas Tech Alumni Association Fort Worth Chapter.
In her free time, Sinclaire enjoys watching Texas Tech sports and Kansas City Chiefs football, hiking, reading, riding horses, bird watching, and working with her husband on their commercial cow-calf operation.
